​Nearly three out of every four students has experienced one or more adverse childhood experience (A.C.Es). Of those children and teens who have had a trauma, 15% of girls and 6% of boys develop PTSD.​ 26% of children age 4 and under experienced a traumatic event.​ An estimated 558,899 children (unique incidents) were victims of abuse and neglect in the U.S. in 2022, the most recent year for which there is national data. That’s 8 children out of every thousand. 

At Camp RESET it is our goal to take these A.C.Es  and turn them into G.R.A.C.E.s (God Redeemed Adverse Childhood Experiences.)

We at Camp RESET know that we cannot help every child who has experienced trauma. The need is too great. Yet, if we help one child and they can pass that on to their children, and their grandchildren, we have helped generations. We had to ask ourselves, 'would we do it for just one?'. The answer was yes! We now serve 150 children per camp! Imagine the effect those numbers have on the generations ahead! 

But we cannot do this alone! Each camp costs us between $25,000 - $45,000. Funding for Camp RESET comes from people just like you. So how could we ever accomplish anything with just $1? Just like one child passes on the healing they receive to their children, and their children's children, you too can challenge ten people you know to invest in the life of a child who needs healing.
